Enquiries submitted through our contact form are processed via Web3Forms (web3forms.com) and delivered to our email inbox. Web3Forms stores submission data securely for up to 30 days before deletion. Once received, your information is held within our Gmail account, protected by Google’s security infrastructure including two-factor authentication. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, however no internet transmission is completely secure.
7. How long we keep it
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected — typically the duration of your enquiry or commission. Once no longer needed, we delete it from our records.
8. Cookies and website analytics
Our website may use cookies through our hosting provider (Hostinger/WordPress) for basic website functionality and, where analytics are enabled, to understand how visitors use the site. We do not currently run targeted advertising campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.
